Melkstal, or literally ‘milk shed’, is the beautiful house at the entrance of the Beloftebos venue. For three generations, the de Villiers farmers milked their Jersey herd daily until recently when it was renovated. Sit on the stoep to see the sun rising over the fynbos mountains or in the hot tub and gaze at the bright stars. Catch and release fish in the Melkstal dam or hike up the mountain.

The spacious main bedroom has a wonderful view of the fynbos mountains, a king bed and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 single beds. The queen futon in the open-plan living room is ideal for children. Ideal for a honeymoon couple, wedding anniversaries, and family getaways.
